Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is the administration of assigned portfolios including daily portfolio accounting
and/or fund accounting responsibilities. Responsibilities include executing investment transaction functions, performing
related record keeping duties and required reporting. Additional responsibilities may include other clerical tasks such
as filing, typing and operating office machines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Records purchase and sale of securities, such as stocks and bonds using portfolio accounting software or
excel; computes commissions, interest and performance.
- Reviews client instructions for transfer of securities and corrects problems related to securities transfer
or settlement and maintains client account records.
- Organizes, coordinates, and accurately reconciles large volume of custodian statements, both in hard copy
and electronic format, meeting pre-assigned deadlines for account reconciliation.
- Receives securities and cash electronically and schedules delivery of customer securities. Inputs data on
confirmation form to effect transfer of securities purchased and sold.
- Verifies information, such as owners' names, transaction dates, and distribution instructions, on securities
transactions to ensure accuracy and conformance with government regulations.
- Performs daily portfolio accounting or fund accounting and record keeping, analyzing results to assure accuracy
and compliance within established guidelines.
- Acts as a liaison with custodians and transfer agents.
- Handles telephone inquiries from internal and external customers including brokers and custodians. Responds to
client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Reviews security transaction confirmations, posts securities transactions and resolves discrepancies in accordance
with account reconciliation.
- Produces monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual reports, including preparation of financials for funds. Prepares
informational reports for internal and external customers.
- Prepares client reports accurately and timely - account types: equity, fixed income and balanced. Begin training
for mortgage-backed securities.
- Cross trains and performs duties in absence of team members including audit assistance.
- Performs other duties as defined.
Qualifications Required:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management, business, or other related field.
Experience:
- Minimum one-year experience in a financial securities operations environment.
- Minimum two years experience performing mutual fund accounting (if applicable)
Experience Includes:
- Applied knowledge of financial securities and working knowledge of capital markets, economics and investment concepts.
- Strong math and accounting principles.
- Strong knowledge of broad functions and processes of mutual fund administration.
- Strong knowledge of modern office methods, procedures and equipment.

Job Description:
Plans, organizes, and directs branch activities including supervision of branch associates, maintenance of
facility, adherence to security procedures, and implementation of bank policies. Provides support for personal
banking and teller functions.
Primary Responsibilities/Duties:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and profitability of the branch.
- Oversees operational function to comply with auditing procedures, policies, and banking regulations.
- Maintains prescribed security controls to protect the branch against criminal and fraudulent
operations and unnecessary risk or exposure.
- Coordinates management of the branch's property, furniture, equipment, and supplies. Maintains the
appearance/condition of the facility.
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding loan and savings products and rates; takes loan applications and
follows up on the processing and closing of loans; explains other products and services; opens deposit-related
accounts, etc.
- Serves as the branch's primarily customer relations representative, resolving customer complaints, approving
customer transactions, and responding to customer inquiries, etc.
- Delegates and assigns duties to staff, ensuring that the work is at its most productive level.
- Monitors the branch budget to income and expenses.
- Manages branch staff to achieve established objectives.
- Makes authoritative recommendations regarding selection of new employees, salary increases, promotions,
transfers, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Maintains documentation on recommendations and actions taken.
- Sets performance standards, gives clear direction.
- Supervises branch staff by providing training, coaching, disciplining. Completes and approves performance
evaluations; communicates policies and procedures.
- Motivates staff to meet their individual goals.
- Conducts regularly scheduled staff meetings to communicate pertinent information to branch.
- Promotes the bank's products and services.
- Attends to needs of existing and prospective customers. Certifies and approves checks and handles customer complaints.

- Offers guidance to personal bankers with regard to opening more involved products, such as commercial accounts and IRAs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college.
- Three years of sales experience including one year in financial services.
- Two years of supervisory experience in the deposit area of a financial services company.
- Ability to effectively manage and have overall responsibility for the performance of a bank branch.
- Knowledge of bank operations and security policies, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to meet and to exceed established sales and perational goals.
- Knowledge of effective customer service methods and practices.

Position Summary:
Identifying, calling on, qualifying, and closing prospects for new business for the trust department
Primary Responsibilities:
- Solicit new business through networking with financial, legal, and accounting professionals in a position to refer business, calling on prospects, presenting proposals, and following up with prospects and referral sources.
- Participate in marketing efforts of non-trust bankers and investment advisor sales officers to cross-sell trust services. Refer prospects to appropriate bank departments for other bank services, keeping the entire enterprise in mind to provide solutions to prospects.
- Develop marketing plans and counsel with senior management and marketing department to coordinate efforts with Bank's marketing plans.
- Develop and present seminars, or participate in other public speaking opportunities to enhance visibility of the Trust Department.
- Provide input in development of fee schedules for services provided by the Trust Department, reviewing competitive information and counseling with senior management regarding implementation of any changes.
- Participate in continuing education related to trust administration, financial and estate planning, through in-house or external training opportunities.
- Read industry publications, attend seminars, and attend local professional group meetings and conferences to keep abreast of the latest events, techniques, and products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, CFP, JD, CPA, or other advanced education/certification preferred
- Ten or more years experience in financial planning, estate planning, or related financial services field, with an emphasis on relationship development and sales
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sufficient professional and community relationships to enable candidate to develop referral sources and identify prospects efficiently and effectively

Job Description:
Tellers must represent West Bank in a friendly, professional manner and extend high-quality
customer service to all clients. Teller responsibilities include: cashing checks, accepting deposits
and loan payments, making change, filling customer cash orders, processing withdrawals, selling
travelers checks and U.S. savings bonds, being alert to expressed customer needs and suggesting
appropriate services, processing all transactions accurately, and balancing a cash drawer daily.
Candidate Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent required. AA degree preferred.
- Prior cash handling experience required.
- Candidate should possess organizational skills, meet and greet the public in a professional manner,
