April 18, 2007 - James W. Glaser Joins West Bank

West Des Moines – James W. Glaser has joined West Bank as Senior Vice President – Residential Mortgages. He will head the bank’s residential mortgage department for Central and Eastern Iowa.

Glaser has owned and operated Glaser Mortgage Corporation in West Des Moines for 17 years. Glaser’s two associates, Jan Hiscocks and Aruna Dhussa, will also be joining the bank as mortgage loan processors.

Glaser is a 1978 graduate of the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and majors in Marketing and Finance. Glaser runs the Des Moines area adult men’s (senior) hockey league in association with the Des Moines Youth Hockey Association. He and his wife, Jeanne, also teach a marriage preparatory class at St. Augustin’s Catholic Church in Des Moines. The Glasers are past presidents of the Naval Academy Parents Club of Iowa.
