West Des Moines, IA – West Bank Trust Officer Claudia Miranda has successfully completed her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor exam sponsored by the Institute of Certified Bankers and can begin using the CTFA designation.
Miranda has been with West Bank for 1 ½ years. She has a BS from Drake University and is a graduate of Cannon Trust School and Iowa Bankers Association Leadership Institute. Prior to joining the company, she had 14 years experience as a trust officer in Des Moines and 8 years experience providing pre-need planning services through a local funeral home.
