Message to our Debit Card Customers

Due to recent instances of fraud experienced by a large number of banks, we are blocking the use of our debit cards in Turkey. If you are planning to travel to Turkey, please make other arrangements for cash during your trip.
As fraud occurs, other countries may be blocked. Please check with Pam Keller (515) 222-2339 for the latest updates before you travel abroad.
Prevent Fraud
Help prevent fraudulent activity on your account by remembering these guidelines:

• Memorize your PIN. Don’t tell anyone your PIN or account number and never loan anyone your card. Never write your PIN on your card or anything you carry with or near your card.
• Report lost or stolen cards immmediately. You can greatly reduce fraudulent transactions by reporting the loss quickly.
• Never give your PIN over the phone. Be especially cautious about information you discuss when using cellular phones.
• Know who you are talking to. Never give unsolicited callers personal information and account numbers over the phone.
