Free Online Bill Pay

Online bill pay provides fast and secure financial control for your bill payment transactions from your primary checking account, and it’s free. When you pay your bills online, you eliminate the hassle of writing and mailing checks. Plus you’ll know exactly when your payment is scheduled to be made. Keep track of your finances with an at-a-glance list of your pending and recent payments, as well as payee details of your scheduled and recurring payments. It’s all there. Convenient links are provided to quickly view your payment list or add a new bill. Please allow 5-10 business days for a payment to be received.

Online Check Images

Online Check Images are available to West Bank customers through our free online banking service. Individuals and businesses can access images of their posted checks anytime, day or night. Forget to whom you wrote a check or in what amount? Want to verify that a check has cleared? Need to supply a copy of a cancelled check as proof of payment? With Online Check Images, an image of the front and back of your check is right there on your computer screen! For your convenience, check images will remain online for both your current and previous month’s statement.

  • Online Check Images lessen the danger of having your finances hijacked by keeping your cancelled checks out of the mail.
  • Online Check Images are only available through our secure transaction log-in, utilizing a User ID and password known only to you.
  • Use Online Check Images to resolve a payment dispute. Online check images are accepted as valid proof of payment local, state and federal branches of government, the IRS and the courts.

*In 2005, Quicken Financial Software made a business decision to only allow participating financial institutions to import transactions into their software. That decision essentially locked-out 60% of financial institutions across the country from import banking transactions into Quicken or QuickBooks.

An alternative solution is available through Microsoft Money. Microsoft Money file import is open to ALL financial institutions. Microsoft Money also provides a Quicken data converter on their website http://www.microsoft.com/money/quicken.mspx
